1. Parties

5. Payment and Subscription (If Applicable)

6. Intellectual Property Rights

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free service.

No liability is accepted for indirect damages that the user may suffer.

Details regarding the processing of user data are regulated within the scope of the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination of the Agreement

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate the membership if the User acts in breach of the agreement.

The User has the right to delete their account at any time.

10. Amendments

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement. The updated agreement will be published within the Application.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of [the province where the Company is located] shall have jurisdiction.
